I totally understand. We had to do the same at SGTYR because of all the extra tags (specifically, tagging stuff with guy or character: guy. Given the whole point of the comm was to post stuff about him, the tag was superfluous.)

(Thanks! The quote is from the Shoebox Project, a long Harry Potter fic involving the Marauders - specifically Remus and Sirius. It's awesome, a little bit cracky, etc.)

Yeah, that's how it went with us, too. "character: robin", "character:robin", "robin", etc. I've even done something like that on my own fic journal, actually, lol. (I never considered the Robin tags superfluous on RAS, but... it is, isn't it? XD)

(Awesome! :) I haven't read any HP fic... mainly cos I haven't read most of the books yet, and really should do that first. :P)
